Policy on Revisions

Depending on the package you select, revisions are included in your project. Customers may request unlimited revisions as long as the design concept and philosophy remain unchanged.

Please note:

  • Revision requests must be made before project completion.

  • The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.


Project Completion

American Web Club will send a Project Completion Email once the website goes live. After receiving this email, the client will have 48 hours to review the website and request any final changes or report issues.

After this period, project files may be archived and removed from our active development systems to ensure the client remains the sole owner of the final website.


Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

Funds deposited for a project are not refundable after the initial design concepts are approved or revisions are requested, unless American Web Club terminates the contract for reasons other than client violation.

No refunds will be applicable once the project is completed.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests must follow these conditions:

  • Refund requests made before initial design concepts are delivered may qualify for a refund minus 10% service and processing fee.

  • Refund requests within 48 hours of signing up qualify for 66% refund minus 10% processing fee.

  • Refund requests between 48–120 hours after initial design delivery qualify for 33% refund minus 10% processing fee.

  • No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of initial design delivery.

  • No refund requests will be accepted if no action is taken on the order for 30 days.

  • No refunds will be provided after final files are delivered.

  • No refunds for website development once development is completed or the website is deployed live.

  • No refunds for video animation packages after storyboard creation.

  • No refunds for hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, content writing, or social media services.

  • SEO and social media marketing services are non-refundable.

  • Patent and trademark filing fees are generally non-refundable.

All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. American Web Club reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Once a refund is issued, the design rights will transfer back to American Web Club, and the client will not be permitted to use or display any design or work created by the company.

Our designers strictly follow the specifications provided in the project brief. Each design is created after thorough research to ensure quality, originality, and uniqueness.

Effective Communication Policy

Client Engagement

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback during the project lifecycle to ensure the project aligns with their expectations.

Escalation Process

If no response is received within two weeks, the following process will be initiated:

  1. Initial Notification Email – requesting client feedback.

  2. Follow-Up Email – sent if no response is received.

  3. Final Notification Email – final request for client communication.

If no response is received within 48 hours of the third email, the project will be formally closed.

Clients may reopen the project by paying a Project Reopening Fee.


Domain and Hosting

Complimentary domain and hosting may be included depending on the selected package. If not included, additional charges will apply based on the selected hosting plan.


Access to Information

To access American Web Club services, you may be asked to provide registration information. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

If American Web Club determines that the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

All website and logo designs are created from scratch to ensure originality. No templates or pre-existing designs are used.


Third-Party Integrations

We may assist with integration of third-party plugins and APIs; however:

  • Only standard integrations are supported.

  • Additional custom integrations may require additional fees.

  • American Web Club is not responsible for updates or changes to third-party plugins or integrations after project completion unless a maintenance package has been purchased.


Modifications to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of American Web Club services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue using the services. Refunds will not be applicable if services are discontinued due to changes in these Terms and Conditions.
